Questionable Sims

simbecilic used a Hanners from Questionable Content icon and instantly I knew this was someone I wanted to get to know. I love that comic and have for years now. If you haven't heard of it, it's a comic about several 20 somethings hanging out and their relationships, coffee, and robots. It's pretty hilarious. It moves slow though, which can be excruciating at times. If you're interested, check it out. http://www.questionablecontent.net
Anyway! I realized that the characters in QC really needed to be made into Sims. Sims 3 seems like the best platform, since it's really customable with the sliders and weight, etc. So ... here's my first attempt.
Hanners!
I couldn't find a base game hair that worked for that messy short cut, I decided to make Hanners from her 'worry hat' arc.
This is what I came up with:
I'm not 100% satisfied. Her eyes are so huge in the comic and I want to capture that but in a 'realistic' way. I do like her overall look and I think if someone's familiar with the comic, they might recognize her.
Here's Faye. She's a loud and really snarky/sarcastic character. She's probably my favorite right after Hanners.
Other than the hair, I'm actually pretty pleased with Faye. Sims!Faye seems to have that look that Faye often has in the comic.
and finally for tonight, Penelope.
She's probably the one I'm the least happy with, but for now she'll do. I'm going to tick and tack on them tomorrow and fuss some more, but for now! Here they are.
What are your thoughts? I'd love feedback and tips. Thanks guys!
